Just as B&Z Properties gives long consideration to the projects it decides to develop and manage, we approach each investment with scrutiny, diligence and a sense of proportion. Our principals, management staff and trusted consultants bring both real-world experience and education to the art of each deal.

We invest in commercial, residential and recreational developments as well as other investment opportunities. We work with a deliberately select group of pension funds, banks, insurance companies and individuals. B&Z focuses on the region’s economic cycles, which frequently differ from the rest of the state’s and nation’s. We also study and under­stand the cycles of various product types and advise our investors on timing and tactics.
